i have to say about a 7 or 8. it takes a while to heal if you dont clean it the way your suppose to, but other than that, its cool. whatever you do, dont take the ring out. OUCH!

id have to say an 8... It burned like fire for about the first couple of hours, but i put some ice on it and then it didnt really hurt anymore...

Ok basically for me I didn't really feel that much, and it's not so much pain either it's more of a 'oh I can feel the needle' kind of thing haha!! Seriously go for it! It's over pretty quick too, only around 10 seconds and after that it's just a little throbbing but nothing insanely painful!
It's funny too because after a while when you're walking around you feel like you don't want to stand up straight so not to rip it out!! Everyone seems to do this, I took all my mates to get theres done and they were all crouching around thinking they couldn't stand properly cause of the pain... I actually couldn't stop laughing at them!
