No matter how much i eat and exercise, i still remain skinny.?

i grew up being underweight. no matter how much i eat (buffets and bowls of rice and beef) or whether i exercise in the gym, i still dont' grow much in terms of muscle. i heard of a medical condition where there are some "worms" in the gut eating up what we digest so we get less nutrients from the food we eat. i suspect having such a condition. please enlighten me on it.
Answer:
u need to eat good nutritions not beef..it is fat %26 rice is carbohydrates u need to eat all products....
eat rice and kartoffel curry 2 times a day, drink milk and eat fruits mixed with yoghurt and sugar salads..juices,apples
u need to eat all kind o麓f vegetables ,nuts ,pisces, groundnuts,
cashewnuts..which gives really strenghts,Almonds soak in water for an hour and eat almonds ,u can easily digest and gives strenght to ur muscles
its just the way g-d made ya.Or you may have a hyper metabolism
try eating nothing but junk food u should gain weight
when we were kids we would always say that skinny kids had a "tape worm"...it's very rare and more likely your metabolism or your workout routine. talk to one of the trainers at the gym and they can give you some tips on building muscle.
yes there is a condition on the worms and if you do have it you can just use a laxative and flush them out of your body.

if its not that then you just have fast metabolism. that is when you exercise all the time and no matter what you eat you don't gain anything because you are always burning it off.
LOL, you do not have a tape worm, just a very high metabolism. It should change as you get older. Ask your doctor about taking a couple cycles of steroids. It will help and if you do it correctly you will keep the weight you gain. If your Doc wont do it there not hard to get just read about it before you do it.
eat good food with high protein %26 carbohydrates at least 3 times a day, sleep at least 8 hours in the evening til morning and drink more water to replenish the liquids in your body. a good meal %26 a restful sleep can make your body healthy. most of all dont forget to exercise.
