OK SOOO............ i need i help?

I have an important question about feet?
i was at journeys and i was showing my dad the shoes i wanna get next year. And a lady said may i ]help u and my dad said no. and i said i want new shoes but my dad wont let me get any cause all that is wrong is lining is busted and she starts to ask me how i take off and put on my shoes and i say i slip then on and off (by the way they are Etnies shoes) and she says that there are like 26 bones in your foot held together by cartillage and the shoes is built to pretect the foot and stuff and girls have surgery on the foot and r never able to wear sneakers again only high tops and work boots but my mom says bear feet is the best! What is your take on this

But i also do tie my shoes but slip them on in the morning when they are already tied but mostly tie them during school anyway
Answer:
I recomed bare feet but i lived in a small beach town in RSA sioo its kinda clean there but if its no hygenically vi-abe to go bare foot, ware shoes that are comforable form you
Actually the doctors will tell you that bare feet is not the best way to go.

The best shoe to wear is one that has a 2 inch heel, it allows your back the proper angle to walk properly.

Flat shoes or bare feet puts too much presure on your lower back and spine
well... first off i think you need to proofread your **** before you post it on the net, because you type like an idiot. second i think the old lady in the store was right about the amount of bones in your foot and nothing else.
Well, the lady in the store is close about the number of bones in the foot (26 bones, 33 ligaments, and 19 muscles and tendons), but is dead-on about shoes protecting the feet. Barefoot is not the best for feet. I can see the logic, but going bra-less is not best for the breasts, is it? Like a lot of other body parts, the feet need support by well-fitting shoes. Shoes that support the foot, arch, and ankle are the best. Buy shoes in the afternoon when your feet tend to swell even a little bit, and buy shoes right before a period when you may be retaining a little fluid. Althletic shoes with good support are the best if they are well-made. Be sure, when you try them out, that there are no places that are repeatedly rubbing. It will only get worse the longer you wear them.

Here is a good website that talks about the feet and caring for them: http://www.diabetic-lifestyle.com/articl...

I know it says something about diabetes, but the information is good anyway.

Here is what I consider to be the ultimate in an information source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/foot...

Good luck %26 take care of those tootsies! ;-)
