I had the worst feeling yesterday while driving. my whole body got numb for some reason, head, jaws, neck, back of the neck, arms, back, legs felt light, and i started to get light headed, and my body felt light. i started to sweat, and my hands started to shake? i had to pull over and exit the vehicle to stretch. it went away but im afraid this thing might come back again? what the hell is this? anyone.

IT's probably not related to driving. Go see a doctor before you kill yourself or someone else.

This could be diabetes, MS , or even Vertigo. It could also be a thyroid problem. You need to have labs done.
That doesn't sound good at all. Go to the doctor for that one! Numbness (pins and needles too) are caused by poor circulation. Lightheadedness can also be caused by a lack of blood flow in your brain. But circulation bad enough to cause all of this at once sounds pretty bad to me.
