I'm just sitting doing nothing and I have difficulty breathing and my heart is beating really fast. I'm 16 and female, no history of asthma. Not overweight.
What's wrong?

It might be caused by medications, herbal suppliments, panic attack or stress.
Are ya high on meth? jk... call doc and check it out...if you lay on your bed with feet up on the wall, your heart will quicklly slow down a bit
Do you suffer from anxiety or panic attacks?
