Is buying a NON-CONTROLLED substance (Tramadol/Ultram) online legal?
I understand that it is a prescription medication, but seeing as it's not a controlled substance I wasn't sure if it's legal or not.
Yes I understand that drugs such as Vicodin/Oxycontin/Valium/Xanax... etc., are not legal to buy online, but I know this is because they are controlled substances. The entire issue is kind of confusing to me.
Simply put: Can I buy the non-controlled substance Tramadol with an online medical prescription and an online pharmacy?

They are NOT illegal. Did you guys miss the news about the State Government of Minnesota buying their medication from Canada? I have been buying several types of medication from sites like http://www.rxmex.net and http://www.4-rx.net and a couple others and have always received more than my moneys worth. You can bury your head in the sand if you like, but it is legal to purchase up to a 90 days supply from abroad as long as it is not a controlled substance, eg, vicodin, oxycontin, etc.

Controlled or non controlled if you do not have a script you can not get meds on line. Except there are hundreds of web sites that you can pay for a consultation with a doctor on the phone and get anything you want including controlled substances over nighted to you legally. Although some states have band shipments .because these scripts are written by a doctor and filled at a us pharmacy they are legal. However you do have to provide copies of medical records that would indicate that you need these meds. all in all the process w/ over night delivery takes about 48hrs.
